We had a great experience at this place! The location was very central, offering us easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself was well-organized and equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Romain at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we could ask for, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had an amazing leisure area with a casino, spa, and indoor swimming pool, perfect for late-night relaxation.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cleaness of the room not up to standards of category of hotel. Breakfast overly expensive and in a room with absolutely no charm. Decoration in room very basic. Does not correspond to the Radisson usual standards. Do not recommend.

The building and rooms are a little old, minor details like painting not perfect an old TV, small indoor swimingpool, etc. But well located and excellent breakfast

I enjoyed the meal on the terrace. The young waiter was also very efficient and refreshing.

I think the rooms could be freshened up. The hedge on the terrace should be cut.

Clean and spacious rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of our room. It provided a comfortable and relaxing space for our stay.

While there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the database, such as the swimming shorts policy and additional costs for amenities, we didn't personally experience these issues. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

Enjoyed the spa facilities yet in need of an update

This was the worst Raddison we have stayed in

Chose hotel for location (on way home from Alps) and for its pool. I ignored poor reviews thinking the brand would assure us of a good stay. The pool and spa was dirty and worn out. The room totally worn out. And it was expensive, worst value room we've ever stayed in. This hotel needs a complete refurb, until then do not go here, it really is awful.

The hotel staff was professional and helpful, always providing great service. the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, allowing for a relaxing stay. -the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

The air conditioning in the room was difficult to control, resulting in either being too cold or too hot. The lack of windows or balcony doors made it difficult to get fresh air in the room.

Tasty food choices are available here. The rooms are spacious and new, equipped with a kettle and a lovely balcony, and even some chocolates 🍫.

Air conditioning was not working while the t was 25 degrees outside, and it was not possible to keep the window opened, management explained this is "not yet the season", so the baby almost did not sleep at night; tv was not working, safe was not working, and was not fixed, no price redaction was offered, no service in restaurant (we waited for 30 minutes for waiter to come, no one came, so and finally went to eat to town), pool overcrowded, lack of chase-longs, room was only partially cleaned, and not before 15.30. Completely unsatisfied.
